Eat and Educate – Dimensions of Wellness
The Dimensions of Wellness is a great introduction to the Strong and Steady series. It explores the key areas that support overall health and quality of life as we age. Participants learn how physical, emotional, social, intellectual, spiritual, environmental, and occupational wellness work together to promote balance, independence, and well-being in everyday life. Future sessions will dive deeper into many of these dimensions.
